The Vision
nRadioBox was born out of a simple need: a lightweight, distraction-free, and privacy-respecting way to listen to the world’s radio stations. In an era of bloated software and constant tracking, nRadioBox stands for minimalism and performance. Built with Rust and React, it’s designed to be the fastest radio player on your desktop and in your browser.

Copyright & Credits
nRadioBox is a technical aggregator. All radio station names, logos, and audio streams remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. We are committed to maintaining a high-quality directory; if you are a broadcaster and wish to update your station's information or request removal, please use the contact information above.
For Broadcasters
Broadcaster Principles
nRadioBox is built on a foundation of respect for broadcasters and their content. These principles guide everything we do.
We Do Not Host Audio
nRadioBox is a radio aggregator — a directory that links listeners to publicly available streams. We do not store, host, or transmit any audio content on our servers. When you listen to a station, your player connects directly to the broadcaster's streaming server. We are a bridge, not a broadcaster.
We Do Not Modify Streams
The audio stream passes through untouched. We do not transcode, re-encode, watermark, or alter the audio in any way. What the broadcaster sends is exactly what the listener hears — zero interference in the signal chain.
We Do Not Insert Ads Into Audio
We never inject advertisements, promotions, or any audio content into the stream. The listening experience is entirely controlled by the broadcaster. Our platform itself is ad-free and supported solely by voluntary donations.
We Respect Broadcaster Requests
If a broadcaster or rights holder reaches out with a concern — whether it is about station information, metadata, or anything else — we listen and act. We believe that cooperation is far more effective than confrontation.
We Remove Stations on Request
If you are a station owner or copyright holder and wish to have a station removed from our directory, simply email us. We process removal requests promptly, without lengthy procedures or legal hurdles. No questions asked.
We Update Data When Contacted
Radio stations change — logos update, streams move, contact info changes. If you notice outdated or incorrect information about your station in our directory, let us know and we will update it quickly. We want your station to be represented accurately.
We Seek Collaboration With Radio Stations
Our goal is to build a mutually beneficial relationship with broadcasters. We want to help listeners discover your station, and we want to make it easy for you to work with us. Whether you need to update your information, request removal, or just want to say hello — we are here and happy to collaborate.
Copyright Policy (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner or a representative of a radio station and believe that any content provided through nRadioBox infringes upon your rights, or if you wish to have your station removed from our directory, please contact us at our email. We will process your request promptly.

Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Nature of Service
nRadioBox is a minimalist internet radio aggregator. We provide a platform for users to discover and access publicly available audio streams provided by third-party radio stations.
Important: nRadioBox does not broadcast, host, or own any of the audio content or streams. We act solely as a technical directory (index) that links users to streams hosted elsewhere on the internet.
2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
Audio Streams: All audio content, including music, news, and advertisements broadcasted by the stations, is the property of their respective owners/broadcasters.
Logos and Branding: All radio station logos, names, and trademarks displayed within the app are the property of their respective owners. nRadioBox uses these assets solely for identification purposes under "Fair Use" principles.
Our Platform: The design, code, and interface of nRadioBox are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to commercialize our platform without express permission.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Since we do not control the third-party streams:
- We do not guarantee the uptime, quality, or content of any radio station.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the stations.
- We reserve the right to add or remove stations from our directory at any time without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nRadioBox and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or any issues arising from the content of the third-party streams you access through our platform.
5. Privacy & User Data
We value your privacy. nRadioBox does not require registration and does not use tracking cookies.
Local Storage: User preferences (favorites, volume, and theme) are stored locally on your device and are not accessible by us.
Analytics: We use an anonymous daily hashing method to count unique visitors for statistical purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a detailed technical breakdown of how we protect your identity.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
At nRadioBox, we believe that your right to listen to music should not come at the cost of your privacy. Our platform is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy, ensuring that we collect the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to operate and improve our service.
1. No Cookies, No Tracking
Unlike most web applications, nRadioBox does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling. We do not use third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics) that monitor your behavior across the web.
2. Anonymous Daily Analytics (The "Daily Hash" Method)
To understand how many unique visitors we have and which countries they are from, we use a privacy-preserving technique called Daily Salted Hashing.
How it works: Your browser generates a random anonymous identifier (UUID) that is stored locally on your device. When you play a station, this identifier is sent to our server alongside the current date and a secret "salt" key. This data is then converted into an anonymous cryptographic hash (SHA-256).
The Result: This method allows us to count each unique device as one "active listener" for a single 24-hour period. Because the salt includes the date, the hash changes every day. It is mathematically impossible for us to track your activity over multiple days or link it back to your real identity.
Geolocation: We determine your country of origin using a local GeoIP database at the moment of your request. Only the country code (e.g., "RS", "DE", "US") is stored; we never store your full IP address or precise location.
3. Local Storage (Strictly Necessary Data)
To provide a personalized experience without requiring an account, we use your browser's Local Storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. We store:
- Favorites: The list of radio stations you have marked with a heart.
- Settings: Your preferred volume level and UI theme (Dark/Light).
- Recent History: A list of the last stations you listened to.
- Device Identifier: A random anonymous UUID used only for counting unique active listeners.
You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's cache or app data.
4. Third-Party Streams
nRadioBox provides links to third-party audio streams. When you play a station, you are connecting directly to that station's server. These third parties may have their own privacy policies and may collect your IP address as part of their standard streaming protocol. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these external broadcasters.
5. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data, account information, or IP addresses, we have no personal data to retain. The anonymous daily hashes are used solely for aggregate statistical reporting and are not linked to any individual.
6. Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, you can reach out to us through the Contact link in the application sidebar or via our email.
